| POSITION TITLE: | Building Computer
Coordinator |
| QUALIFICATIONS: | Required: | Indiana Teaching
Certificate |

of microcomputers
through either computer science courses or on-the-job

| POSITION GOAL: | To provide the schools
with
effective and efficient microcomputer related services. |
| PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| Maintenance | - Assists teachers
with computer setups.
- Trouble-shoots technical problems and describes repair
needs.
- Coordinates maintenance and repair of hardware and/or networks.
- Maintains inventory of equipment.

Service to Teachers | - Provides resource
services to colleagues, including but not limited to inservice to groups,
individual help, use of equipment, and update on technology.
- Previews
and selects software a
t corporation and building levels.
- Develops and maintains a catalog of
available software.

of
equipment.
- Attends MCCSC Computer Coordinator meetings.
- Assists in
development of MCCSC software catalog.
