    Evening of the Arts is the Art Department's celebration of the student work completed throughout the school year. The event is located in the Media Center on April 27th from 7-8:30pm.

  • An Evening in Olympus (Prom 2017)


    The Junior Class of BHSN invites you to join us for an Evening in Olympus April 29th at the Bloomington Convention Center from 8pm-12. Tickets ar $30 and can be purchased at lunches the week before prom. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $35. If bringing a guest that does not attend North, pick up a guest form in the main office and return it to your administrator by Friday April 28th.

  • One to One Student Learning Device Information

    Families and students should review the guidelines regarding the student learning devices. These guidelines have been set by MCCSC and approved by the School Board on 07/29/15. Also, please read the Student Device Care instructions found on the MCCSC High School 1:1 page. High school student learning devices will be distributed to all students during the first week of school beginning with seniors and ending with freshmen.

The faculty and staff of Bloomington High School North affirm the following core beliefs:

School must be a safe nurturing and mutually respectful community that accepts diversity of experience, ability, culture, race, age, gender, sexual orientation and religion of all individuals.
A rigorous, relevant curriculum in all disciplines is essential to student success.
Education is the shared responsibility of all parents, guardians, students, and staff in partnership with the larger community.
Education prepares students to make responsible choices necessary for a life in a civil, democratic society.
Education provides students the opportunity to learn the skills necessary for post secondary education, employment and personal growth in the context of being a life-long learner. 
The educational community must assure the essential resources necessary for student success are available to all.
