At the January 26, 2016, meeting of the MCCSC Board of School Trustees, two long-time MCCSC employees moved into new administrative roles in our organization. Ms. Nichole Blackwell took over as the Director of Health Services, and Mr. Cassidy Rockhill was named as Assistant Principal at Grandview Elementary.
Ms. Blackwell graduated cum laude from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She completed her associates of applied science degree in nursing at Ivy Tech Community College in Bloomington. She was previously employed as the Community Health Educator and registered nurse with Indiana University Health, Bloomington. She was most recently employed as a nurse with MCCSC.
Mr. Rockhill graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in religious studies. He completed his master’s degree in elementary special education at Ball State University. He earned an additional master’s degree in education leadership at Indiana University. Mr. Rockhill worked previously for MCCSC as a special education paraeducator and most recently as a special education teacher at Grandview Elementary School.
