Secondary Education

The Monroe County Community School Corporation believes in providing a strong instructional program so our students are college, career, and life ready.  We promote academic excellence through the enhancement of educational opportunities and equity for all of our students.  Through a variety of opportunities, our students gain the knowledge and experiences they need to be successful beyond high school.  Following a Professional Learning Community (PLC) model, our educators come together to collaborate, discuss, and review data as it relates to student learning.  As a result of this work, teachers identify differentiated strategies and best practices to ensure the success of all learners.

Our secondary instruction aligns with the Indiana Academic Standards and the new Graduation Pathways Requirements.

MCCSC has 4 high schools, a career center, and an adult learning center.  For more information on these schools, please view our Middle and High School Guide below.
