ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS 

Arlington Heights Elementary School constructed a quarter-mile fitness track, a shelter house, and a soccer field through the funds raised from the school-led event, the Walk-A-Thon!

Binford Elementary School hosted the first robotics competition in MCCSC history!

Childs Elementary School is a fully authorized International Baccalaureate World School offering the Primary Years Program!

Clear Creek Elementary School collected over 3500 donations as a part of the “Zero Hunger” global impact project for the Grace Food Pantry!

Fairview Elementary School

Grandview Elementary School hosted an African musical dinner theatre that raised money to build bathroom facilities for an elementary school in Kimilili, Kenya!

Highland Park Elementary School’s student council organized disaster relief fundraisers and put on their first student “dance”!

Lakeview Elementary School was the first Indiana elementary school to be deemed a Professional Learning Community Evidence of Effectiveness School!

Marlin Elementary School has a student-run soccer club and basketball club led by students in 5th and 6th grade!

Rogers Elementary School has an annual whole-school field trip to a live theater production!

Summit Elementary School students are represented by over 40 countries and speak over 20 languages! 

Templeton Elementary School is the only solar-powered school, as well as the only RAKtivist (Random Acts of Kindness) school in the district!

Unionville Elementary School students participate in Club Friday each month, inspiring and nourishing a love for teaching and learning!

University Elementary School hosts the annual Global Community Potluck every November!

 

MIDDLE SCHOOLS

Batchelor Middle School is the winner of over 500 state, national, and international awards!

Jackson Creek Middle School raised $20,326.57 for the IU Health Bloomington Olcott Cancer Center!

Tri-North Middle School has received the prestigious honor of being designated a U.S. Department Of Education Green Ribbon School!

 

HIGH SCHOOLS 

Academy of Science & Entrepreunership has had an average graduation rate of 99% since 2015!

Adult Education partners with WorkOne, Ivy Tech, Cook Group, White Lodging and our military branches to provide career advising and placement services!

Bloomington Graduation School students can complete high school at an accelerated pace and graduate early!

Bloomington High School North annually sponsors the largest school team for Hoosiers Outrun Cancer!

Bloomington High School South is recognized as a National Model PLC School!

Hoosier Hills Career Center offers dual credit with Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington and/or Terre Haute as well as Vincennes University for all of their programs!
