School Tours

School Tours for Prospective Families

At MCCSC, we are proud to welcome families into our learning communities. We understand that selecting the right school is an important decision, and we want families to feel confident, informed, and supported as they explore their public school options. Our tour policy is designed to ensure student safety, minimize disruption to instruction, and provide a meaningful and welcoming experience for visitors.

School tours provide prospective families with:

  • A firsthand look at our classrooms, programs, and campus
  • Information about our academic, behavioral, and student support systems (including PBIS, MTSS)
  • Opportunities to ask questions and understand how our school supports the whole child

Schedule a Tour

To ensure a safe and organized experience, all school tours must be scheduled in advance. Tours are typically held:

  • On specific days/times during the week (e.g., Tuesday and Thursday mornings)
  • Outside of major testing periods or school wide events

Please use the link below or contact the front office of a building you are interested in touring at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a tour. Same-day requests will be accommodated when possible, but may be limited due to instructional priorities.

Tour Guidelines & Information

Tour Guidelines
To protect student learning and maintain a safe environment, we ask that visitors follow these guidelines:

  • Check-In: All visitors must check in at the main office and wear a visitor badge at all times.
  • Classroom Visits: Tours may include brief, pre-arranged visits to classrooms. Visitors are asked to observe quietly and not interrupt instruction.
  • Photography/Video: For privacy reasons, photos or video recordings are not permitted during classroom visits.
  • Confidentiality: Out of respect for our students and staff, visitors should refrain from discussing individual students, classroom behavior, or staff performance outside of the context of the tour.

Who Leads Tours
Tours are typically led by a member of the school leadership team.

Accessibility and Inclusion
We welcome all families, including those with language or accessibility needs. Translation services or accommodations can be provided upon request—please let us know your needs when scheduling the tour.

Follow-Up
After the tour, families will receive follow-up information including enrollment steps, key contacts, and opportunities to stay connected. We want every family to feel informed and excited about joining our school community.
