MCCSC Superintendent Dr. Markay Winston was appointed in January 2025. She began her educational career as a school psychologist with an emphasis on curriculum and instruction, and she has held a wide range of central administration positions throughout her career, including Director of Student Services, Chief Officer for Diverse Learner Supports, Chief Academic Officer, and Assistant Superintendent.
