Peachjar Community Flyers

Sharing Flyers with MCCSC Families

The MCCSC is committed to helping community organizations connect with our families. While we do not distribute non-MCCSC flyers to families on behalf of external organizations, we do provide a platform for organizations to connect with our families directly. Community organizations can share flyers with our families accessibly via Peachjar, a convenient digital platform that sends families a weekly email featuring new flyers.

How to share flyers with MCCSC Families:

  1. Individuals and organizations must create a Community Organization account in Peachjar to distribute flyers to MCCSC families. Click here for Community Organization information.
A “Community Free Flyer Program” is available for qualifying charitable organizations (the program allows organizations to send one free flyer per 28 days).

  2. Upload your flyer and select schools/dates.

  3. Submit for approval (fees may apply unless eligible for Community Free Program).

Notes and tips for submitting flyers:

  • Flyers are active for 28 days before expiring, so please plan to submit your flyer for consideration at least 28 days in advance of your event, for the best promotional timeline.

  • Flyers will be reviewed to ensure they meet MCCSC requirements and will be posted within 5 business days after they are submitted

MCCSC Flyer Requirements

The MCCSC’s approval of flyers in Peachjar means the material has been reviewed and meets the guidelines for distribution, but does not constitute an endorsement of the organization or activity.

MCCSC  approves the distribution of:

  • Flyers that promote an educational experience for students or parents, a healthy use of leisure time, a special enrichment activity, and/or community event.

  • Information and organizations that are open to all and not for profit.

  • Flyers from non-secular organizations that meet both criteria above.

MCCSC does not approve the distribution of:

  • Flyers for projects, activities, or programs that would publicize or promote a particular political party, political organization or political viewpoint.

  • Flyers for events deemed not suitable for children.

  • Flyers from organizations whose mission or services directly overlap with MCCSC’s mission, in order to avoid confusion for families.

  • Flyers, including advertisements for products/services, that do not promote an educational experience for students or parents, a healthy use of leisure time, a special enrichment activity, and/or community event.
