All students must be registered and assigned a bus stop location prior to riding a school bus. Only students registered with the transportation department with assigned bus stops will be permitted to ride the bus.
To access the most up-to-date information about your student's buses, please check your family account on Skyward Family Access. All bus routes are subject to change and should be checked regularly to ensure that you and your students are informed about daily transportation.
Back-to-School Checklist
- New MCCSC families, and families who need bus transportation for your child (if your child did not ride the bus last year) should contact bushelp@mccsc.edu to request bus service as soon as possible. Eligibility: Families are eligible for transportation who live outside of the “walk zone” of a school (approximately half a mile away from an elementary school and 1 mile away from a middle or high school).
- Student bus route pickup locations and times will be available in Skyward on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and families will receive a text message with your child’s bus information. Click here to learn how to check your bus information. If you are not sure if your student is routed to receive bus transportation or you have questions, contact bushelp@mccsc.edu.
- Download the Versatrans MyStop App to track your child’s bus and scheduled bus stop time. Please know the app is a guide and your bus may arrive earlier than the app displays. Families should plan to be available up to seven (7) minutes before your listed bus stop time. We will notify families via text to let you know if there is a bus time or bus stop location change.
