• Review input of past four months and provide vetted strategic initiatives to achieve maximum effectiveness and usage of budget availability.
• Provide a progress report on MCCSC commitments and pledges for referendum dollars.
• Introduce MCCSC needs and changes in a public and transparent process that provides expanded opportunity for community input and reaction.

A ribbon cutting ceremony for Scholastic Esports programs was held on September 17^th. Five secondary MCCSC schools opened state of the art arenas for competition and academic study. These programs were made possible by generous support from an IDOE 3E grant and the hard work of MCCSC teachers and staff.

An Esports Computer Science Pathway is being offered at Bloomington North and Bloomington South. State Champion, Batchelor, also offers an Esports production class.

Jackson Creek, Bloomington Graduation School, The Academy of Science and Entrepreneurship and Tri-North are involved at the club level and have new spaces of their own.

An ongoing series of sessions have been held for teachers, parents, and community members to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns regarding planning for a successful school merger. In this phase, we have held:

• 2 Childs-Templeton Advisory Team Meetings
• 1 Childs-Templeton Parent-Guardian Group Meeting
• 1 Corporation Discussion Council Meeting (DISCO)
• 1 Childs-Templeton Community Forum

• Strategic Plan Goal 3: Student Learning was presented at the September Board of School Trustees meeting, containing curriculum priortities to inform MCCSC’s next strategic plan.
• A hearing on the 2025 Budget was also presented at the September Board meeting.
• Information on how school finance works was shared at a Parent University session, School Finance 101: How Can We Afford That? See the slide deck and recorded video.
