Dr. Markay Winston’s Entry Plan aims to honor the historical academic excellence of our students, teachers, and administrators while also refocusing new energy on aligning resources to achieve the vision and mission that is articulated in our Board of School Trustees sanctioned, student-centered strategic plan. Phase 3 (October-November) concentrates on providing an analysis on the organizational capacity, alignment, and overall fiscal and operational health of the organization.
College & Career Pathways
This month, the Hoosier Hills Career Center hosted our annual College and Career Pathways fair. MCCSC students and their families talked with instructors to learn about educational options that align with their interests and spoke with 42 college, military, and industry representatives.
In addition, nearly 500 8th grade students recently visited Ivy Tech Community College to learn about college and career programs, including chemistry, respiratory therapy, business, robotics, semiconductors, AI, cybersecurity, biotechnology, and more.
