Administrative Planning Team
● A team of MCCSC leaders from various departments are meeting bi-weekly to focus on planning, preparation, logistics, and overall project coordination.
● This team is focusing on critical topics, including facilities, staffing, operations, student supports, programming, and a collaboration and transition process between the schools.
Facilities Assessment
● A full facilities assessment, including buildings, parking, playground, and furnishings, will be conducted by outside experts, as well as within MCCSC.
● Necessary updates will be made based on the information received.
Engagement Strategy
Community Engagement Meetings have already begun and will continue through at least November as the final plan is created.
