What documentation is needed to register?

• Your child’s original, legal birth certificate 
• Proof of child's wellness visit dated within the last 12 months
• Your child’s immunization records 
• Proof of address

Why should I register early?

Early registration ensures that all necessary paperwork is ready and prepared for your child on their first day. In addition, space is limited, so early registration is highly encouraged. A waiting list will be used once capacity is reached.

Is financial assistance available?
