What are we doing about the safety of Teachers and Kids in the school and classrooms? Are we planning on rearming the SROs? How do you feel that disarming the SROs will help in case there is a Uvalde like incident?

Where are we at with discussing bring armed security officers back into our schools?

What steps are schools taking to protect our students?

Are we surveying staff and having outside experts look at what we do for school safety?

Are we also discussing social/emotional health in addition to physical health?

Are there any plans to establish protocols and procedures before the next public health emergency occurs?

In the event of another public health emergency, are we now bound to adopt the minimum recommendations of the state department of health or are we free to study and establish effective measures that will best meet the physical and mental needs of students in MCCSC?
